Cancellation Policy

• Tours are charged in full at the time of booking.  • Reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to the tour will be fully refunded. • For cancellations within 24 – 48 hours of the tour, Clients will be given a voucher for use on a future tour. • Cancellations on the day of the tour or no shows will result in full forfeiture.  • If tours are canceled due to a lack of snow, unsafe conditions or minimums not met, Clients will receive a full refund. Tours are generally not canceled due to cold temperatures or snowstorms unless conditions are unsafe.
